I don't have a company registration number

If you don’t have a business registration number while going through onboarding, you can still continue.


Solution

During Onboarding

  1. Start the onboarding process as usual.

  2. When you reach the Company Registration Number field:

    • Enter a random placeholder value (e.g., 123456).
    • This allows you to move forward since the field cannot be left empty.

  3. Continue completing the remaining onboarding fields until you reach the end.


After Onboarding (Profile Page)

  1. Once onboarding is complete, navigate to your Profile page.

    • You can access this from the top-right menu → Profile.
  2. Look for the section containing your Registration Number.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. In that same field, leave the field completely empty.

When you leave the field empty and save, the system will automatically display “Not Provided” in place of the registration number.
This is expected behavior and does not affect your invoices.

  1. Click Save at the top-right of the page to update your profile.
  2. Verify that your profile now shows the registration number field as "Not Provided".
